Simply put the steps out, sit on the toilet like you normally would, put your feet up on the platforms, lean into your thighs, place your hands on the back side of your thighs, and gently “pull” your thighs towards you. This position “squeezes” so much stuff out of you, it’s honestly amazing, lol! There is so much sludge and crap in our colons and this helps make sure we get it all out on a regular basis.
