Poor quality item
We purchased 7 of these units, after a few weeks, most of them stopped working. The item is definitely compatible with our phone system so we know it's not down to purchasing the incorrect item. We returned most of them, now more of them have stopped working but it's outside of the returns window, so stuck with a dud item. Not pleased with this product.
