Love this book! I did go out and buy a quesadilla maker too but that was stupid - skip it. The top gets SO HOT - like scary, need an oven mitt hot - but this book has SO many great delish recipes. When it comes to cooking, no matter how simple the concept, I really like it when someone tells me their great ideas so I don't have to "make it up on the fly." SO yummy and easy and each recipe as good as the next. Reasonable price and pictures of the delicious food! Enjoy! (skip the maker! ;)
