Does your almond paste have kosher for passover certification?

Our pastes and marzipan are certified Kosher Paerve. All other mandelin almond products are certified Kosher for Passover.

Two questions in one. How quickly must this be use once opened and refrigerated? Would you recommend this in home made vegan ice cream

Mandelin Premium No Sugar Almond Paste has a shelf life for at lest a year when stored properly even once opened. After opening tightly wrap any remaining product in cling film food wrap and store in a cool dry place. Refrigeration is not required but does extend shelf life. We have many recipes at our website at https://mandelininc.com/blogs/recipes-demos but not one using almond paste as an ingredient in vegan ice cream. We do have recipes blending Mandelin marzipan with warm water to make sweet milks and Lattes. We'd love to hear how you get on with the ice cream, who knows maybe there's be another recipe we can share on our website.

Better to refrigerate it and avoid risk of freezer burn.
