मैं पिछले सात वर्षों से PHILIPS IR 250 वाट्स E27 इन्कैंडेसेंट व्हाइट हीटिंग लैंप बल्ब (हार्ड ग्लास, एक्सप्लोजन प्रूफ, इन्फ्रारेड हीटिंग, एनवायरनमेंट फ्रेंडली – पशु, बाथरूम, फूड उपयोग के लिए) का उपयोग कर रहा हूँ। यह बल्ब बिना किसी छाया के शानदार रोशनी देता है। कोई शिकायत नहीं। हाल ही में मैंने Philips R125 IR 375-वाट्स E27 इन्कैंडेसेंट व्हाइट हीटिंग लैंप बल्ब खरीदा है। लेकिन यह नया बल्ब छाया उत्पन्न कर रहा है, जो पहले वाले मॉडल में कभी नहीं हुआ। क्या यह रिफ्लेक्टर की खराबी है? कृपया इस समस्या को रिप्लेसमेंट समयसीमा के भीतर स्पष्ट करें, अन्यथा मुझे रिटर्न अनुरोध दर्ज करना पड़ेगा। संदर्भ के लिए छवि संलग्न है।

Good quality
This is so big as you can see .my hands are very big but the bulbs covers my allover hand..heating and lightning in the bulb is perfect. U can go for it.

I purchased this product about a week back but glass of this bulb automatically dropped may be because of temperature. Quality of product seems like cheap.

Wrong information in the PRDUCT DETAILS list (pl.see the specifications) by which I was misguided
Dislike Wattage-350. I use 250 watts infra red lamp for warming purpose.

Every time we buy the bulbs some problem is there last year the glass portion was loose & this time 1 bulb on being lit exploded . We are sure if these things are supplied by Philips directly no problem would be there
