I couldn’t be more pleased with the TARION Overhead Tripod Camera Desk Mount! I’ve gone through my fair share of mounts and tripods, but this one has truly exceeded my expectations. First off, the 360° flexible articulating arm is incredibly sturdy and offers precise control over positioning. Whether you’re using it for overhead shots or adjusting the angle for a close-up, it’s easy to find the perfect setup. The 3/8'' screw and included 3/8'' to 1/4'' screw adapter make it compatible with a wide range of equipment, from DSLR cameras to projectors and even ring lights. superb value for money, does exactly as described robust and versetile even at full stretch. Was concerned about reports that this mount was only two dimetional however this proved wrong and moves into any position I need with each double joint (3 doubles and one single) moving each to 360 degrees pluse using the 1/4'' Screw for my Canon 1200D DSLR giving an additional 360 degree joint. The only down side is that it is not a balanced gimbal and is "clunky" to use and takes a little practice.

I like that it can hold my Sony A7 III (with Samyang 35mm f/1.8 lens) and I am using it as my webcam. I have also added an Arca Swiss mount to it so I can easily remove my camera. The main thing I don't like is that if you want to adjust it, it is incredibly clunky to move and it's not smooth. Also, because it moves on multiple axes, it's difficult to line everything up. If you plan to move it regularly, then I do not recommend this arm. For me, it is a set and forget type thing for now.

Finally a sturdy camera arm that feels reliable and well-built. It’s very customisable and straightforward to set up. It comes with Allen keys, but I didn’t even need to use them. I was hesitant after reading a negative review, but I’m glad I ignored it. This arm works exactly as expected.

The TARION Overhead Tripod Desk Mount is a beast! I was skeptical at first about whether it could handle my DSLR, but it holds it like a champ. The articulating arm is smooth and gives me so much flexibility to get the perfect angle. Setting it up was easy, and the build quality is impressive—it feels super solid and reliable. I am currently using this arm for my camera which I mount to do food videos. The current set up in the photos are for when I am chopping and this is similar for cooking. My lens and microphone are not attached as this is the start of setting up to get the positioning right. It is s bit clunky but does the job. It is very sturdy and I would say that costwise it is not an expensive mount.

I purchased the TARION TAK01-L overhead tripod arm expecting a reliable product. On the very first use, the 1/4” screw snapped and got stuck inside my camera’s tripod mount. I couldn’t even use it once. Now I’m left with a damaged camera and no way to remove the broken screw. This is a serious manufacturing flaw and shows poor quality control. Extremely disappointed. I do not recommend this product.

For under £50, this product is exceptionally good! Fpor me, weight has always been an indicator of quality, for most things at least anyways, and this item has some weight. It is well put together and the components are very high quality. Due to how the pivot points work it can be a little fiddly to get set up but this is a small price to pay as once in place it is exceptionally sturdy. I only use it with an iPhone but I am sure it will easy handle the weight of some big cameras due to the sturdiness of the build. Can't fault this product one bit at this price!!

The best Camera Mount stand.

I bought two of these desk-mount camera holders before I bought this one. The thing is I have a very limited amount of space. I have 3 monitors that I use on my computer. two of which are 27" displays, and one is a 32" display. Back when I only had the two 27" displays, I was able to use a gorilla pod and i had it just sitting on the desk to the right of my monitor. But when I upgraded to the 32", the camera was overlapping a lot of my screen. I moved the other 27" monitor to a desk-mounted arm that essentially has it floating off the table. But there was no room for the camera without blocking my screen. I tried a few different mounts that advertised being sturdy and being able to hold more than the weight I needed. but they all failed in one way or another. Either they wouldn't actually hold the advertised weight, or they would just shake a lot from just typing on my computer. Or they wouldn't be able to adjust to the exact height, angle, and area that I wanted it to be. When I bought this one, I was skeptical because of the price. but after setting it up and seeing how it works, I am totally a fan! because of the design of the elbows, its able to rotate and tilt in almost any direction imaginable. I was able to bring it down low and turn it to fit into the super awkward gap between the two monitors that I have. In fact, now with this device, I can scoot the screens closer together and just leave the lens of my DSLR camera peaking through. The best part is, even if i purposely shake my desk, it doesn't move much, so it seems very sturdy. even tapping on it with a little pressure doesn't make it sag or move around or anything. which I think is perfect! The other ones i had would sag if bumped. This one, once tightened, doesn't sag at all! It did come with a small ball head that would work well. But I wanted more adjustments and the ability of using a quick release, so I used an old ball head from Neewer that I don't use. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase!

Kurz und bündig: - Die Tischklemme hält gut und ist gepolstert - Es ist sogar ein Zubehörschuh dran für Erweiterungen - Das Gestänge ist 30mm dick und stabil - ALLE Gelenke sind aus Metall - nur die Hebel sind aus Kunststoff - Die Gelenke haben feine Rasten, sind also gut justierbar - Der Kugelkopf ist besser als erwartet und verschiebt sich kaum beim Festziehen Für die 56€, die ich bezahlt habe, habe ich nichts zu beanstanden. Bitte beachten, dass das Gebilde dennoch ein wenig schwingt, sobald man am Tisch wackelt. Allerdings wie erwähnt bedeutend weniger als Varianten mit dünnerem Gestänge. Meine ZV-E10 hält es zuverlässig, da habe ich keine Bedenken. Ich habe noch eine Arca Swiss Wechselplatte drangehängt und hätte auch bei einer schwereren Kamera keine Bedenken. Die jeweiligen Gelenke halten bombenfest. Der Arm ist nun seit 10 Tagen im Einsatz und hat sich nicht abgesenkt oder verschoben. Bis jetzt volle Empfehlung!

Easy to assemble and really sturdy. The joints lock in rock solid and it gives the impression of being able to handle much more weight than what I have connected to it.
