Will this cord work for the Playstation 2?

It will work for the fat ps2 but not the slim model

What are the specs? my arris router modem calls for 10a/125v version of this polarized power cord. i don't see that information in the listing.

I'm guessing a bit, but the it looks like 10 amp extension cords are in the 14 gauge to 16 guage range which seems a lot heavier than this. It is pretty short so you can use a lighter guage wire. You could see what kind of Amps the other devices this is listed as being compatible with use. I'm using it for an old Sony boombox.

Power cord to Xfinity modem was lost while moving. Replacing through Xfinity was $$$$ wow. Replacing through Amazon was a very, very great value. Modem works, so I can use Amazon.
