It does a nice job of cleaning the dishwasher and leaving a cleaning smell

We melted some plastic on the heating element at the bottom of our JennAir dishwasher. Made the whole house smell, and the inside of the dishwasher was unbearable. After scraping the remains off the element with a razor blade and running a wash cycle, things were much better, with only a slight odor remaining. I decided to purchase this product anyways, since it's been 10 years and we've never used any cleaning product. We couldn't believe how clean one wash cycle made the racks and stainless steel. The burned plastic odor was gone as well, but more inpressive was how different the inside of our washer looked. I didn't realize nor care the racks were heavily stained with hard water buildup, plus the dull stainless stee. The inside literally looks new again! I'll definitely be using this product once a month as recommended.

Product worked well. Not all hard water buildup was removed. However, dishes were noticeably cleaner. There was no noticeable odor after the cleaning completed.

Odd; I ordered 6 of these and got 6, but they had been crammed into one of those plastic-skin mailers to the point of bursting. But I got them. Anyway, what I WANT to say is that I dissolved 3 of these pacs in 3 cups boiling water in a Sterilite Tote, which I had placed in the tub and then filled Tote with hot water. I'd heard that you can remove cooked-on grease by propping oven racks in hot water in this mixture. I'm here to say it worked! They soaked 3h and came out lovely. I'll soak them on their other ends (oven racks are too long to rest fully in a Sterilite Tote) with the other 3 Cascade Platinum Dishwasher Cleaner pacs tomorrow. Take it from me, those oven racks were filthy. Thanks!

Sign advertisement for these Cascade dishwasher cleaning pods so ordered them and ran a cycle through the dishwasher obviously empty and the dishwasher appears very very clean and the product says that it cleans out the pipes as well so we’ll see how it goes, but it had very high reviews and that’s why I ordered it

This product is so hard to find in stores, I was so happy to find it on Amazon. I don’t feel any other product cleans my dishwasher as well as Cascade! I love how they’re each individual individually wrapped ! Super fast shipping and everything arrived without any issues! Cleaning my dishwasher as I write this!
