Product is old

Product is Ok but it seems old because the machine colour is not as new it’s little fade. Also I checked with my neighbours office his machine colour is brighter than this one.

Every single count it shows error sometimes UV error and most of the time it says fade currency don’t know what to do ..please help

Worst Company

I have a counting machine that has been broken for weeks now! I contacted the company via email and phone and have yet to receive a response. I went ahead and repurchased another machine on Amazon hoping for a better product and the new one works even slower! I need someone from this company to respond or I am going to blast negative reviews about this company everywhere!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
