For quadcopters black wire is negative and red wire is positive, is that the case with these wires ?

It don't matter which one is used for which as long as you don't cross them over positive to positive negative to negative

Can i use this for my led day time running light?

Amperage is the limiter for any wire. Too much current through too smal of gauge will overheat a wire and possibly cause a fire. Generally speaking 16AWG wire has a maximum current of 15Amps. If all your LED lights give you is power(assume 50Watts) and you know the supply voltage (assume 12Volts), just divide the watts by the volts to calculate Amps. 50Watts / 12Volts = 4.167Amps. You could use a wire gauge of 22AWG (max 5Amps) or thicker without excessive heating.

What is the amp and watt rating

Can this be used to connect an active speaker to an inactive speaker?

I don’t know what an inactive speaker is but I’m guessing it is one without an internal amplifier. If that amp is not powerful enough to run both you may have problems but it is not the fault of the wire. But to answer your question yes they should work if they are long enough.
