Excellent. Work for Plantar Fasciitis. Resolved years of pain in a matter of weeks. Been wearing these and previous versions for over 10 years pain free.

I've had Plantar fasciitis on and off for 15 years. I've recently had it return after a 5 year break. I was walking around London sightseeing yesterday and I was almost crawling around because the pain was too much. The moment I got home I ordered these insole supports as I had similar insoles years ago. As soon as they arrived I put they in my shoes and the relief was instant. I am going to order more insoles so I have spares, because just 1 day with plantar fasciitis is 1 day too many

A podiatrist recommended that I get orthotics for arthritis in my big toe and theirs were £55. I could've cried, pain free is priceless but £55 is £55. With them being the 3/4 length, I was convinced I'd feel where they end and be really uncomfortable especially as they needed to be really firm so decided to try a cheaper version first. Honestly these have made such a difference, they are really firm, hard plastic at the side for arch support and really they shouldn't be comfortable, but they are. I wish they sold these in left or rights because I only need it for my right foot. My left foot hates it and feels how rigid they are. I'm going to buy a 2nd pair just in case these ones start to collapse, theres no sign of that happening yet mind. If you've been told that you need hard plastic rigid orthotics, I recommend you try these.1star taken off bc I only need a right foot. Please sell these singly. Wish I could pass the left foot on to someone in need.

No major complaints, but after a few years of use, I don't think it's working as much as it did anymore.Well, I am a big guy with flat feet, so that's probably why it's not working as much.

I was sceptical about these due to the low price, but they are better than the £40 pair I had previously. Really hard and non slip. They are perfect for keeping high at he's in check!

Although not soft, if they fit in your shoes, these will provide the support needed to reduce the pain from plantar fascitis. Best to use in boots, shoes or sandles with a closed heal area.Don't be put off by the texture, try before considering it returning. I bought a second pair after buying my first, because they are that good!

Amazing, I suffer from arch support, and these are amazing, very firm, which you need from arch support, its take a wee bit of getting used to but well worth the money, would buy again 100000 stars 🌟

They are very firm with no calcainium cushion so not for running but good and cheap for normal use
