No good without an amplifier. Not even sure that would fix it, feedback issue with the given installment directions.

HyTechToyz Sells Junk!!!!
I bought an item(CYLON - ROBOT DIGITAL VOICE CHANGER SPEAKER MIC KIT) this company was selling on EBay on Dec 30, 2016 & got it in early Jan 2017. But, I did not open the package until May 2017 because that's when I decided to install it in my Cylon helmet. I admit I didn't test it when I first got it. When I did, it didn't work correctly--i.e. when I used the included microphone & speaker the volume was very low. Same when I used a headset microphone. I even connect it to an amplified speaker using both the included microphone & the headset microphone, but then it just screeched loudly and the words were unintelligible. Paid $87.79. The included microphone and speaker are about as cheap as it gets! I tried to get a refund from the company, but they said "No." Don't buy this companies cheap pieces of junk!!!!
