Is luminess air worth the money?

Yes. But it will not cover all blemishes, it does make them harder to see. Maybe if it is put on thick, but I don't. Hope this helps.

I have olive complexion skin. Which shade should I get? Light or medium?

I'm Italian, so my complexion can't be found in a bottle. I mix my own shade in an empty glass vial/dropper, mixing the darker shade with a drops of lighter, and a dash of blush. You can mix your own shades from the various shades that come with the full purchase. They give you enough for a year, just rember of course which shades you mixed so you can buy only them. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! REAL TALK! I live in HUMID FLORIDA and most make up melts right off of me, it's hot and humid as a June bug ;) right now and my make up stayed perfect all day/evening, and I broke a sweat washing our choc lab outside this afternoon, I mean I was like a dude. But my foundation stayed flawless, also I'm 50 and it seriously blends my crows feet, deminishes the look of my fine lines by 30-40%. You'll need a decent make up remover bc reg make up wipes won't due, or you'll scrub you skin too much, simple price we'll have to pay for true long lasting coverage. I've honestly never tried the cheaper versions, I bought luminess 10 years ago and still use the same machine. So that's also good too.
