BONTEC Ergonomic Desk Arm Rest, Rotating Wrist Support, 342 mm Extendable

This arm support is great. It's strong and sturdy and the overall movement is fluid. I bought it because I have wrist issues and the support has helped enormously by taking the weight off my wrist by keeping my arm level, therefore easing my wrist pain. So glad I bought it.

good but could be better as the height adjust is a ratch system and not a screw locking system which simple means you can't dial this in 100% and have to settle for 1 of the 5 preset heights, other than that just don't use it at full extension as it feels a little unsteady.

Fabulous. I could not use my left hand at all to type due to problems with my arm. Now I can use it almost as good as I ever did, and I was a software developer! I can confirm it is simple to install, very easy to adjust, looks good, is very comfortable, and very well made.What I love the most is its adjustability as I am typing; your arm sits so well and snug in the cradle that it moves left to right, forward and backward, just as you may need it to, on the go. Really feels like my arm is floating but fully supported and in control the whole time.My typing is getting faster and more accurate the more I use it and I can sit more relaxed like I used to. Brilliant.

Due to my disabilities, I have found the 'BONTEC Ergonomic Arm Rest Support', when using my desktop computer, immensely useful, as I have a weakness in both arms. Resting my arm on this support makes my arm ache far less, and it is a real God-send! It saves me a lot of relief from aches, and pains, in my arm. It is so easily adjusted, and is excellent quality. Had it for 2/3 months and well used, have to say it's my best buy for the price so far. It's solid the arm movements great, not too stiff or slippery, holds it's potion and moves easy. If you have a bit more than average size forearm or less the saddle hugs it nicely and is comfortable.

Overall this product is great! However, it needs to either come with some grease or be pre-greased from the factory. I added a little bit of grease to stop the friction and now it moves flawlessly

Works perfectly. Wish I bought one sooner. Reduces shoulder pressure when using a mouse all day and also allows arm to move to keyboard while still supported.

Bought this for my wife to use as she was finding extended working times at her desk for essay writing and gaming was uncomfortable. The downside is after about 12-18 months of use the fabric has started to peel off and its showing its age but otherwise it's still sturdy and does what it needs to.

Been using these about a week now and they've been pretty great. They seemed a bit stiff in the beginning but they seem to have loosened a bit over time so they are easier to turn.So the obvious thing first, - yes the movement of arms feels a bit 'on rails' due to how the arm is sectioned, but I got used to it quite quick and just positioned the mouse relative to the keyboard where the swaying motion would lead me. Feels good after accepting it for how it must be.Now to sings its praises.There are two major issues with most desks that these fix.- there is a large amount of space wasted on most desks because elbows need to rest on a surface which is why we push the keyboard so far into the table surface. These allows me to but the keyboard closer to the edge of the table and free up space further up.- When the keyboard is placed further up the table surface, the elbows must follow and the shoulders follow too. These things allows me to bring the elbows all the way back to be in line with the shoulders, which gives a much better posture.- They can be adjusted to be higher than the surface of the table, which allows your arm to hover over the keyboard and let your wrists and hands be in a resting position over the keys. This leads the anchor point of your arm to be around your elbows, so if you need to do a big move over the keyboard you do less stretching with your hand muscles as you need only sway your whole arm into position instead.I wish I had these years ago.

I've been playing video games for a very long time and it's important to me to be able to keep playing. It's the main thing that helps distract me from pain and illness. I have systemic lupus and a genetic type of arthritis that's destroying my joints. The most recent joint to go is my right shoulder that needs to be replaced. It was getting extremely painful trying to use my system and play games. It was getting near impossible to sit and play for any length of time. This has completely changed that and I can play without pain. Occasionally there still might be a tiny bit of pain if it's a bad day but no where near the amount it was before. I've lost the ability to do a lot of things I once enjoyed and was afraid playing video games was next on the list. Thanks to this device, it's no longer a concern. Thank you to whoever came up with the idea and design, it's restored my ability to do something I love.

I spend long hours working at my computer, and even though my chair has armrests, they were never at the right height. After a few weeks I started feeling tension in my shoulder and forearm, so I decided to give this arm support a try.Installation took less than a minute and required no tools. What impressed me the most is how naturally it moves with my arm when switching between the keyboard and the mouse, so I don't have to keep lifting my elbow throughout the day.The construction feels solid, and the clamp has stayed firmly in place since I installed it. The height adjustment also makes it easy to find a comfortable position.After using it for several days, I noticed I finish my workday feeling much more relaxed. It doesn't replace good ergonomic habits, but it is an excellent addition if you spend long hours at a desk.
