This was my first time trying feijoada, and it was a complete success! The flavor was incredible—rich, authentic, and absolutely delicious. I have a sensitive digestive system, but I had no issues at all, which was such a pleasant surprise. I’m officially in love with it and will definitely be back for more. Highly recommend!

This is a very decent mix with Brazilian smoked style meats. I really like the smell and flavor (linguiça paio, salted pork belly and my favorite "jerky beef" or "carne de sertão" is included. All you have to do is quickly rinse the meats in hot water, the mix is not very salted which made my job easier. After you rinse the meats, sauteed onions, garlic, paprika, cumin, black pepper, a splash of vinegar e cilantro. Add the meats and cook it with the beans (pinto or black) and voilá, amazing beans in 1 hour.

Love it for Brazilian black beans. Do not add salt to your beans. This is salty enough

Feijoada is a traditional black bean Portuguese/Brazilian dish that I had when I was in Brazil that contains a unique combination of meats. The Corte’s product provides the meats and from what I remember it delivered an authentic taste. Very happy with the product and have purchased it three times.

Extra salty meats and a bit too much fat
