Not high quality rubber
Can’t recommend because the rubber bulb has rotted and cracked after just a few years!

It is a standard squeeze bulb with two different sized fittings. It does not include a check valve to specify the direction of flow. Therefore, when trying to "pull" on a siphon, when one squeezes the bulb, one is also "pushing" the siphon back up the tube, unless you include other parts to prevent same.

Quality primer
This is just what I was looking for. Purchased this to replace our boats broken primer bulb. First off the ends on this primer are metal and I love that. Our old broker=n on had plastic fittings and that is where the failure tool place. It fit perfect to the new fuel line and primed fuel to the fuel pump very fast. It held prime throughout the entire run of the engine. The price was right and I would recommend this item. I will be picking a second one up as a spare.

Rubber deteriorated quickly.
I bought this bulb for a fuel line for my boat about a year and a half ago. Last time I went to start the motor it wouldn't start. I looked at the fuel line and the bulb was split at the factory connection. The bulb itself is all cracked. I thought maybe I made a mistake and this bulb was not meant for fuel. I recalled my order and saw it said "Fuel pump transfer". I would not recommend and now I'm trying to find a different product.

Works great until it cracks and leaks
This fixed my old John Deer riding lawn mower starting issue perfectly by allowing me to prime the fuel to the carburetor before cranking. Sadly, it will crack and leak after a few months. I have bought 2 of these, each lasted about just as long.

Rubber is junk
After one year of use, went to use it this spring, the rubber had cracked and it sprayed me with fuel when I pumped the bulb. Made with cheap crap rubber. Pure garbage….

Good little primer bulb for non-fuel related liquids.
Works as expected for transferring fuel, but be careful leaving it installed in your system with ethanol in the fuel. The ethanol dissolves the rubber in the primer bulb and leaves a black residue throughout the fuel line, rendering it unusable if not removed.
