These are great. Very tight fitting lids. They hold a gallon which is the amount you need to fill a 1/2 chafing pan so I use them for party/catering prep. Really pleased with them

Great Storage Containers
Needed some airtight containers for some of my baking items. Put a 5 pound bag of flour in one container, a 4 pound bag of sugar in one, 2 one pound bags of Carbalose in another. Very pleased with the size/capacity. Nice quality items with a great price and quick shipping.

Better than expected
These containers are very nice and more than I expected. The lids close EXTREMELY tight and fit well even when the container is full to the top. They do hold the gallon (128 oz) as expected and seem quite sturdy when full, BUT I would not take a chance on just overestimating their strength...handle with care for sure.

Holds flour and sugar
So I have had the same plastic containers holding flour and sugar for probably 20 years. I bought these because I couldn't find anything at the Mart in cheap plastic. Well, these are cheap plastic and serve the purpose.
