Very useful for Mat work. It will be the most used prop for general public.It is a good starting place for beginners

Beautiful and functional. Clear images with step-by-step instructions. The arc barrel manual has about 33 exercis s documented in this durable spiral-bound manual. It's price us my only ding. I can see this price for bigger manuals (like Intermediate & Advanced Cadillac), but this manual is half the size. Stott is top quality without the dogma found in oher brands.

Nice pictures and descriptions for use of the Arc Barrel. Quality paper and nicely laid out for quick reading and review.

Excellent manual, just very pricey.

Excellent product to work with when using the Arc Barrel. You do need a good understanding of Pilates when reading through the exercises, but overall a good book.
