I recently got this wrap-around ice pack and it’s honestly been a game changer. The design is super convenient because it wraps securely around your body, so you don’t have to sit there holding an ice pack in place. The adjustable strap keeps it snug without being too tight, and it stays put even when you’re moving around.The cold lasts a good amount of time, and it provides really consistent relief, especially for back pain, cramps, or sore muscles. I also like that the material isn’t too stiff when frozen, so it molds comfortably to your body instead of feeling bulky or awkward. I would absolutely recommend this to everyone!

This is the greatest ice pack I've ever seen. I got it for the lower back area that comes with a strap makes it very easy to keep the ice pack where you want it and the ice pack is two sided a soft side and a plastic side. I left it in the freezer for about 16 hours and it was still moldable without being frozen solid

This item was purchased specifically for a knee injury. The size of the item was perfect to wrap almost the entire knee; I have pretty big legs, and I was able to wrap the knee entirely, so anyone with a normal knee size will have no issues fully wrapping their knee. The item froze very quickly and I was able to get 3 - 15 minutes on and off sessions with a full freeze as indicated on the instructions. The item comes with a long velcro strap and it is very easy to apply and keep in place, even if moving around. The nice thing is that the portion that touches the skin already has a felt padded surface, so you don't have to worry about protecting your skin from getting too cold. Overall great item that truly helped with my knee injury recovery. I would absolutely recommend this product.

This is a good ice pack, and just what I was looking for in terms of the dual sided. It stays really cold and penetrates the area that is covered. My only problem to knock it down to 4 stars is that it's huge. I wish there was a slightly smaller version.

After several weeks of use, this gel pack seems to be very high quality. It gets very cold and stays that way for a long time — much longer than the recommended 20-minute intervals for my shoulder. The two sides (one bare nylon, one slightly fuzzy like synthetic moleskin) are very useful; I can use the nylon side when I’m wearing layers and need the cold to penetrate, or the fuzzy side when I’m using it on skin or through a t-shirt. The material and construction inspire confidence. I would recommend this to a friend.

I could not be more happier with this product. I am pretty sure I tore either my MCL or ACL. However, since I cannot get into a doctors till early May, I have to be diligent with the RICE method. I needed something asap. I am about 1 week and 3 days post injury, and this ice pack has been my best friend.....along with a knee brace I purchased from Walmart.This things gets FREEZING cold. I recommend using a scarf or something lightweight under the ice pack. The thickness is great and having a strap allows for it to stay in place. Do as instructed and refreeze in the ziplock bag that it comes with. It does not leak, but condensation does happen. The material is high quality, and I would purchase again if needed. It's very easy to put on. If you are looking for ultimate relief, this is the product you need!

Nice I've pack. Freezes quickly.

There are a lot of nice features about this. The ice packs covers a large area, nice for cooling the whole back. And it has a good strap to help hold it in place. But there are two problems, one small and one large. The small problem is that the bag for holding the ice pack while in the freezer is too small for the ice pack to lay flat. So the ice pack freezes crumbled up because of a mismatch in size between pack and bag. But it is still fully functional.The much bigger problem is the strap is too short. I'm a big guy, somewhat overweight. Like a whole lot of men. I need the pack to go around my midsection due to recent back surgery. And it barely fits. I can wrap it around, but it is uncomfortably tight. It doesn't take long before the strap starts to uncomfortably dig into my skin. If it were even a 1/2 inch shorter, I would not be able to wear it at all.The manufacturer apparently needs to learn that not everyone is fashion model thin, like in their photos. People come in all sort of sizes. But because of their - pun intended - short sightedness, they have designed a product that is all but unwearable for people like me.If you can see your abs, this is great for you. But if not, you should probably look elsewhere if you need to wrap it around your waist.

Does what it says on the pack !! It's re-usable and holds the ice-cold for a long time. I need it for my lower back and it's not exactly the right size and shape - but it works okay. The best I could find - and I searched long and hard !!
