3M Pro MultiPurpose Respirator with Quick Latch, Medium

The quick latch is awesome! Glad I read other reviews about it and chose this one. Easy on/off. Fits comfortably, even in sweltering heat. Feels cooler than a disposable mask, which surprised me. Far less condensation and breathing much easier -even than the vented disposable ones- but feels really clean and protected, no vapors or odors. (Some complained about the smell of the mask itself, but I don't think it's an issue and I am sensitive to noxious odors. Nothing compared to 2-4-D or sealer!) I could always smell chemicals through the disposable ones and very hot, soaking wet, hard to breathe. This one is great for mixing and spraying chemicals in pastures and around barn yard, painting/staining/sealing, clorox cleaning. More comfortable than the goggles! Seals well, tested easily each time off and on. Highly recommend. Should have purchased long ago.

Way wortyh the expense and is comfortable to wear while shoipping at places like Costco.

De lo mejor, encuentras filtros para todo tipo de uso, es comodísimo, si usas gafas, el diseño de salida de aire evita que se empañen, puedes ajustarlo para que se adapte perfecto al rostro, se limpia fácil, no estorba la visión gracias a la posición de los cartuchos de filtro.Los filtros con que viene, se pueden usar para diversos fines, en lo particular la he usado para demoler, para limpieza con solventes, preparación y aplicación de pintura pulverizada, en carpintería. Con el plus que reduce en gran cantidad la percepción de los aromas ácidos.Lo he usado durante 6 horas seguidas solo quitándomelo para tomar líquidos y no es nada molesto. El sudor y vaho no se acumulan.En fin, una verdadera maravilla para proteger tus vías respiratorias de elementos contaminantes.

This style respirator (quick latch) is really handy if you’re needing to pop the mask down frequently. Can take some getting used to and still occasionally rumble around finding it, but overall it’s great. Straps are easy to adjust. Overall I find this VERY comfortable, moreso than cloth or even N95 thanks to the head strap design and soft silicone on the face piece. When used with pancake filters it’s extremely lightweight, and since the mask design doesn’t obstruct airflow or touch your mouth, I’ve actually forgotten I had it on. I use mine primarily for sawdust and chemical fumes/VOCs for projects and repairs, but have used for doctors visits during COVID as well since it’s so comfortable the protection is higher than cloth or surgical masks when used properly with the right cartridges.One note: I had previously purchased this respirator from another Amazon seller for a lower price, and it came in a loose plastic bag, dirty. This one, however, came in the appropriate OEM packaging (cardboard/plastic blister case), unopened, and in perfect condition. While the other looks legit and functions well after cleaning, If you’re concerned about quality I recommend checking that the photo shows the mask in the OEM packaging.

The quick latch mechanism is a great way to quickly remove the respirator from your nose and mouth allowing you to speak more clearly, talk on the phone, or eat a snack before getting back to it. The straps can be set once to fit, then left alone, and with the quick latch you no longer need to re-adjust or tighten straps every time.Works with all standard screw on 3M cartridges and filters.
