There's not much too it but the metal is light and with a sharp point, so it does exactly what its meant to. No complaints.

Bought this as I had a lump under the skin that remained despite exfoliation and other treatments. I used this lance so that I could extract it. Really good, far better than a sewing needle or something. Barely felt anything and due to the sharpness and small incision, it healed up no fuss and I have no scaring. Nice quality packaging too, so you can store it for future use. Good value product.

I was worried it would be disappointingly dull despite the positive reviews, but it is sharp. I want to do the least damage to my skin so this is important, and since the surface of a whitehead is thin and soft, it should stay sharp for a long time.
