This is a sturdy little slip joint
I bought this pocket because I want a knife that will fit within some blade-size parameters for an upcoming trip. I’m very satisfied the knife is up to every day carry, reasonable cutting chores, etc. I’ve been carrying this knife for a few months. So far I have no complaints, no concerns. As I mentioned in the title, this Statgear Pocket Samurai is a slip joint. For those looking for a locking blade, Statgear does offer frame locking Pocket Samurai models. I’ve also purchased a couple of those, in Red and bronze. And I also have great confidence in those knives. Sturdy, sharp, light, extremely compact, and hopefully security checkpoint friendly (not for air travel, as there is absolutely no commercial air travel friendly blade size).

You’re getting your money’s worth
Honestly I got this because I wanted a nano blade but for a good price. I didn’t think it would be much you know “what it’s worth” but this blade is amazing. It’s genuinely a light weight knife and when I opened it I tested it it by cutting a paper in half. It’s extremely sharp and looks amazing!!

Good not Great.
This product would have been PERFECT if they allowed for the fully open position to be locked. It doesn't feel sturdy as it can be. Other than that it's a cool little keychain for the money nonetheless!

Very sharp! Careful!
The knife is very sharp and will cut your finger off if not careful. There is no locking feature therefore you must be smart using it unlike me. Almost needed stitches. Other than that it’s compact and more durable than I expected.

Broke Too Soon.
Pretty cool little knife, real sharp right out of the box. Unfortunately it doesn’t have a lock mechanism, which is quite the drawback and it’s already broken. I might have had it for six months.

Good knife as back up!
I of course don't recommend if you carry this as a daily and leave your personal knife at home however, the knife has helped me countless of times when needing it. I clip this bad boy on my lanyard and go about my day. When in need, I know i'll always have a knife. Build quality is surprisingly good, no blade wobble, smooth opening mechanism, etc. Overall would recommend this just for the convince sake. Carrying it around on a lanyard or pocket feels like nothing at all.
