Great replacement thumbsticks, they fit perfectly and feel great. Taking apart the Xbox One controller was a bit of a pain, but the actual installation of these once the internals were accessible was extremely easy. I can't fully tell if they feel 1-to-1 with OEM sticks, but these more than get the job done as well as adding a little bit of personality to the controller with the available color options. I've had my Xbox One controller since the start of 2019 and the OEM sticks finally worn down after multiple years of power usage (I use this on PC if you're wondering for anything that isn't an RTS, MMORPG, MOBA, or FPS game). Thumbsticks are usually the first point of failure in a controller, and now having replaced mine after years of play I'm able to extend the life of my gamepad since everything else is in really good shape.

These were a perfect replacement. Feel great, perfect compatibility, perfect size and felt worth the money. The only downside is they are a full replacement, so you have to take the controller apart (not the products fault, that's just how the controller is designed) so if you aren't a person who does that kind of thing a lot, I would recommend finding a video to watch on how to take the controller apart, it's not entirely intuitive.

Love it. I like it better than the ps5 thumbstick. My controller was a custom dualsense with TMR joysticks and the extreme rate Xbox thumbsticks fit the joysticks perfectly. They also match the color of the gray bumpers better than the dualsense gray. Finally completed my dream controller.

Thumbsticks feel like OEM thumbsticks, and it was pretty easy to install. I was installing them into an Xbox One controller, model 1708. The instructional guide featured the use of a blue plastic pryback that was not included in the installation tools. I happened to own a similar tool, but someone without it would have to go buy one or find a substitute. Also, in the instructional video, they demonstrate unscrewing a 5th screw in the middle, and their controller already has that screw revealed. I didn't see a 5th screw on my controller and spent a minute prying unsuccesfully before I discovered that there is a sticker from the factory that covers the screw hole, which may not be obvious if this is the first time modifying the controller. I recommend adding a step in the video to cut or remove the sticker lest someone miss it, pull too hard on the front plastic and break their controller.

Seems to work good. Haven’t had an issue with them a year later. (Not products fault but did not fix my stick drift on my controller)

Feels really nice, fits perfectly, super easy to install

I'm using these to replace the sticks on my Minecraft Pig controllers. They are much thinner and not as robust as the originals, of course. The color is a few shades lighter as the originals are darker. Speaking of color, the eXtremeRate replacements are a shade different themselves, one of them is lighter than the other. Aside from those differences, the rubber caps are brand new and not brittle like my originals. Nonetheless, they do the job. It's impossible to find direct replacements as far as I've looked. The price was comparable to those that can be found at the other usual place (AX) but arrived much sooner. They included the tools, two sizes of torque screwdrivers and some kind of spudger, in order to remove the housing and disassemble. It was nice to have them included. I added an extra star for those otherwise they would have been four stars.

I bought these because I saw good reviews, and installing them ruined my xbox brand controller. Immediately after putting them in the controller bugged and I tried a bunch of different things to fix it and it’s ultimately broken. Please do not buy these and ruin your controller.
