Great air vent phone holder. Loosens up after a while, but just needs readjustment.

This product does what it's designed to do, but remember this hooks up to your vent. Some things I didn't consider is how your vent can hold your phone, or how big your phone is and can block the air way in the car. My phone is huge and heavy and the vent can not hold it up, and I barely feel the cold air. Thankfully, the holder can be adjusted to the angle you want, but just know the vent may not hold up and it will block the air.

Holds my phone great while driving

This is fairly well built and works well.You will have to re-tighten it after every drive. there is no lock or anything keeping the spinning part that pulls in or releases the hook from getting loose.So you if you tighten it up it will back off and come un-done a bit.. but its still a fairly tight fit.. but as your drive around and hit bumps it slowly backs off more and more until its visibly loose. Even then the hook dose its core job but a simple fix would be to have it lock in place.. and adding tight rubber bands around the base might "fix" the issue until they dry-rot

Easy to tighten to car vent. Make sure your pop socket is closed before you try to set it on the mount. It holds perfectly. I always use gps and play Spotify so having my phone in a safe non distracting place is so great!

Next time I will spend the extra money on the real pop socket holder. This one works but comes loose and the pop socket takes a little to get in it. I'm still using mine because it works but I wish I hadn't cheaped out and gotten the one intended for the job.

I use this 100% of the time I’m in my truck. I have the wallet/pop socket attachment to my iPhone 12 and this works perfectly! I typically don’t have my vents on and just use the defroster in the winter so I don’t have a problem of the vents overheating my phone, but it’s never been an issue when I do have the heat or air conditioning on full blast through the vents. It is perfect for hands-free and at the exact eye-level I need for safety too. Easy to install, will occasionally have to re-tighten, especially if on bumpy dirt roads, but it’s never detached. Depending on your vehicle, the vents will not be able to close while this is installed. Great price for some thing I use multiple times every day and for the concept of pure convenience.
