Can someonw measure the smaller part/circle of bottom base that rets in the warmer plate?

The bottom plate where pot sits on heat is 4”

hiw do you remove water spots? Vinegar does not work.

To avoid the water spots, use filtered water in lieu of tap water.

Will this fit a bunn grx-b coffee maker?

All I know is that it fits a 10 cup glass carafe.
