I wanted to upgrade the dash speakers on my Tesla RWD Model Y which comes with a standard amp and no sub woofer. Even the headliner tweeters dont work, So picked these speakers. Installed them and they dint ring much on day one. Once they breaked in, the clarity was mind blowing. The vocals, guitars and cymbals came out so distinct and crisp. Buying coaxial due to lack of tweeters really served my purpose. If you are not keen on buying top shelf speakers like Alpine etc, go ahead and get this guys. you wont regret.

Blew my car speakers but they were defective & cheap anyways. I replaced them with these all with the help of two people and they sound so good. High bass and clarity. Bought the used ones too so I saved even more. Would recommend if you want an upgrade from no brand speakers that come with the car.

These are above the CS series Kickers I had prior. I had some issues with the CS series I believe. I had the CS series bridged in parallel on a Kicker 660.5 amp down to 2 ohms which they aren't spec'd for, but played great at normal music levels. Once I turned up the volume on the CS speakers I believe the high or midrange blew. I replaced the CS with these KS series and unbridged them back to 4 ohms. Everything is good again and they sound great. Not sure if I can tell a difference in audio quality, but I think the KS do sound a little better. The KS come with a type of crossover that you tie into the speaker wiring which the CS do not. Also the KS have builtin bass blockers on the high and mids on the speaker itself. The CS do not that I could see, if they do they are not as good and hidden. So I would definitely go with these instead of CS series if you are wanting a full range sound from these 3-ways and your pushing them with an amp. Sounds great now even at high levels.

Easy install in the new ford bronco as long as you use the metra adaptors. Made it plug and play. Sound isn’t extremely noticeable over stock. But it defiantly kicks harder than the base system. Would recommend it over low quality base sound system.
