When you eat one of these,you immediately regret it;you hate yourself,and every decision that brought you to your first bite of Hostess Apple Pie.But that cheap, waxed paper rustles inbetween your fingers...There's another bite left... and it's nowhere *near* enough.You started out hating yourself,but you're gonna have at least 2 at a go,maybe 3.My advice?Surrender to it.Just KNOW what these are & where to fit them into your life,and you'll be fine.It's... not really an apple pie.It's sweet, frosted, artificial pastry with apple-ish goop inside.Go forth.

What happened?
Kind of a nostalgic purchase, we were disappointed by the really strong, overly sweet, gasoline powered flavor. Really nasty chemical taste. And tiny. Not anything close to what my grandpa used to bring home. Yuck.

These are such a nice snack size. The flavor is fantastic as always. There's no way I could eat one of the full size pies today so these are perfect. Just enough to satisfy my sweet tooth.
