It's hard to find crystallized ginger in my area, so finding it online is helpful. This is my second purchase of this brand, and I'm going to add it to my subscribe & save list. Great flavor and the diced version makes it super easy to include in recipes. Hint: try it in lemon bread or carrot cake! Yum.I like that while it is coated in sugar, it's not overly sweet. The ginger flavor comes through well. Great for settling an upset stomach or a quick after meal help with digestion. There is a lot of sugar left in the bottom of the bag. It's really nice to save and use as a topper on muffins or to sweeten hot tea. Good product from a reliable company. And well worth the price!

Love these for ginger lemon sconesI cut them up, as the pieces are too big for me. Kids think a bit spicy, but that’s ok. They’re decently moist, a little chewy.

This is a multiple repeat purchase.This ginger is so good in my tea and water. I drink both daily.The size of the dices is perfect. Big enough to enjoy yet small enough to not cause a burn.Will purchase again.

I made a boo boo when I ordered this. I meant to order large ground ginger root for my large tea infuser. Now, I don't make a habit of buying candy, due to the sugar content, and I generally only eat ginger whole when I put pickled slices on my sushi with wasabi, or I am slicing a whole root while cooking stir fry. But, when I received these, I had to give them a try. It wasn't anybody else's fault I ordered the wrong thing. I even got my wife, who doesn't like overwhelming ginger flavor, to try and like them. So, every day, we will take three or four pieces out of the refrigerated bag and savor them. These are like having a dry concentrated version of ginger beer (not the tamer ginger ale). Not overly sweet and nice and strong flavor.

BE SURE TO REFRIDGERATE AFTER OPENING - had to throw the whole bag away and wondered why I smell spoilage, that's my fault.But anyway It's a great and healthy alternative to Gaviscon and helps with stomach acid, as long as you don't mind the strong taste of spicy ginger.It saves a ton of money rather than buying the alternative, soft taste of the ginger lozenges and chews. It's natural and the light sugar coat helps with the strong taste of ginger and good thing it comes in tiny cubes so I don't have to cut them as they're sticky in the middle.

Bits are too small way too much sugar. And bits are mushy. Ginger flavor is good. I don’t care for tiny bits covered in sugar with the soft mushy texture.

Great price and quality... organic. Was looking at Penzey's which I purchased at their store but way too expensive, and not organic. These taste as good if not better and is reasonably priced.

These ginger pieces are a good size and very tasty - for me slightly too much sugar but overall, a good product (passed my mother-in-law approval and she is a big ginger fan)

Had I known would not have purchased. clearly shows Produt of China on the bag received but not in the ad.
