So far so good. The only issue is that I can't make phone calls: I've gotten an esim and have transferred everything over from my old phone, I can receive phone calls, and I can make and receive Whatsapp phone calls, but the regular phone function doesn't work. I am hoping that another visit to Vodafone will resolve this, otherwise I'll have to return it. But no complains about the handset: there a couple of very minor dents but it's otherwise pristine, the screen is scratch-free and looks new, the camera works great, and the battery is decent (it's clear that it's refurbished but it lasts about a day). Overall I'd say that while pricey, it was probably worth it. Glad there's a one-year guarantee in the event I can't get the phone function to work or it conks out for whatever reason!

Bought this as my daughters first phone for Xmas. Great starter phone and arrived in practically perfect condition (with a free case too) and unlocked so you can connect to any provider.

I waited over a month before writing this review to truly test the phone, and I’m very impressed. The iPhone 13 arrived in perfect condition — 100% battery health, original display, no scratches, and it looks brand new. It charges well with the original cable, and I really appreciate the included back cover and screen protector. This was my first refurbished purchase, and it’s absolutely worth the money. My wife loves it, and I couldn’t be happier. A solid 5 stars!

I purchased this phone in December 2024. By May 2025 the phone kept turning itself off. Error message on battery health: 'battery not recognised'. Sent the phone back at my expense, company said they would test phone and replaced battery. They refunded my return shipping costs and phone was returned to me. A few months later same thing happened. I sent it back again at my cost £9.95, this time no refund of shipping cost, apparently due to 'policy', even though I sent photo of receipt. They returned the phone saying they sent a replacement phone this time. The same thing has just happened again! I have contacted company and they are now saying out of warranty. I would not recommend buying a reconditioned phone after this experience. I am still waiting on their response after contacting amazon as the phone is not fit for purpose.

Really happy with my phone purchased! Brought the iPhone for my daughter who is very happy. Excellent quality as stated, great quality with no scratches or signs of any wear and tear. Battery health is excellent at 94%. Connectivity was not any problem, smooth running of the use of the phone. Phone was sent earlier than expected delivery time. The phone was delivered via Royal Mail which put my mind at ease. A nice surprise in the packaging was a phone case included along with a charging cable and plug. Soddisfatti anche se abbiamo avuto piccoli problemi con la carica della batteria usciva una scritta batteria sconosciuta e caricava male, però tutto sommato poi non ha dato più problemi, carica bene , il telefono funziona benissimo, ha dei piccoli urti sui lati, ma a quel prezzo va più che bene, mia figlia è felicissima!
