My coach suggested these and i was skeptical but they realllly are fantastic and the strap around the wrist is small enough to wear my watch . no need to break these in. the material is soft. Not the easiest to get use to because the strap is not extra long but a few uses and its easier now. They are very effective at helping you hold heavier weight as advertised. i will definably repurchase when needed

GOLD STANDARD OF GRIPS! I have been using the Bear Complex grips for years since i discovered them. CrossFit, heavy gym lifts and calisthenics. Excellent for any use for all workout needs. The extra padding makes a HUGE difference.

These are perfect for pull ups. I have a small hand but I got a size large as recommended by my coach and they work great. The extra room allows for it to wrap better on the bar. I would definitely get these if you’re on the fence about wanting to try some.

These are great grips in comparison to the traditional 3-hole grips. I enjoy how I can go back and forth from using the grip, and not, easily. the padded straps help as they need to be tightened well to use the grips properly. If you've been using the traditional 3-hole grips, I would suggest giving these a try as they will likely put less stress on your grip strength. The only reason I gave them 4-stars is because of cost.

After starting crossfit, I knew I needed to get grips. This was my third pair, but they are easily my favorite pair so far. The no-hole grip covers the hand really well and protects the fingers all the way to the tips! The only issue is when they crumple a little in the middle of, say, a set of muscle-ups, and then they rip my hands apart really quickly. 24.3 had both hands blistered and torn.

Ich trainiere CrossFit, und besonders bei Übungen wie Toes To Bar und Pull Ups tun immer die Hände weh. Ich habe schon etliche verschiedene Grips bzw. Handschuhe ausprobiert, aber diese Grips sind definitiv am besten geeignet. Sie sind dünn und geben somit einen guten Halt an der Stange, gleichzeitig schützen sie die Handinnenflächen. Auch für Deadlifts gut geeignet.

Daughter wanted a replacement pair for ones that were wearing out. She specifically wanted this brand as they are so good. She is a CrossFit trainer and these are the best in her opinion.

I had the product before it’s nice but I ordered XL and I got the L and I’m few days from doing the CrossFit opens … not happy about that
