As a young adult I have just started getting better control of my finances and decided to spend more to see if I could rid myself of this 7 year long gut issue. Excessive gas everyday (both ways), stomach cramps and the dreaded bloating. Would wake up most mornings to still find myself bloated. A flat stomach may as well have been a mythic beast a week ago. I previously tried two Holland and Barrett products, yogurt with live cultures, kefir and maybe even something off of amazon once before. Went to the doctor, got given an antispasmodic and buscopan. No results and the blood work came back normal. Was incredibly puzzled, as were they. Went to the gym and ate clean foods consistently, only to still be in a tough spot. Saw this product had amazing reviews, as well as a high bacteria count. Even threw in extras like fibre and some special yeast. Knew I would need to purchase something very strong for such a long-standing issue, but did so with doubt. It has been 6 days now and all that doubt has been erased and may as well be in a different galaxy. All those gut issues have gone now. No more 5 to 30 minute gas attacks, no more bad stomach aches before bed and no more extreme bloating. My mom even said my day long breath was fresh when it had been incredibly horrid before. Had even worse stomach aches, oddly coloured stool and got a bot worried the strength was too much. Kept to it thanks to a quick google search that confirmed this is supposed to happen. Couldn't be happier! I've got my confidence back and such a high price was worth every pence. I would personally thank the team who made this if I could, but I can dream instead :)

I've been on a bit of a mission to find my best probiotic for years now. I am by far an expert, but I do understand from scientists that we all have our own individual gut bacteria in out bodies. There may be similarities, but on the while, things are different between us. Also, on further reading; what probiotics we may benefit from can and does change as we age. So what may work for you when you are in your 20's could well be different when you hit, say 54. I have tried quite a few different mixes of probiotics- to anyone buying a box of probiotics off the shelf, in most cases boxes will have their own mix and two different brands or two different varieties per brand will offer different mixes in comparison to each other. Don't assume because one box didn't work for you, that no probiotics will be of any use to you. In my experience, if you are prepared to be patient and take time to experiment, you can find something that works. To define that a little; I've tried the "original" mix of Probio probiotics (in the green box) and saw no benefit, but this one (the "advance" mix in the pink box), I see improvements in my skin, my energy. I've bought these on repeat before, they work for me. If you're unsure, buy a small box, but you need to give them at least a fortnight and ideally a month before you start to notice anything.

Hello I have been taking probio for over a year now, and I went to the doctors who told me I didn't have IBS. But why was I getting cramps everyday since I was a little boy to the point were I can't leave the toilet unbelievable pain I thought my life was over I'm never going to have a normal life. I tired 4 different probiotics before I tried this and none of them were this good, I can even eat the food I was cutting out so happy about these, I know rthere slightly expensive but rather pay more than get some other low brand. They helped me massively with going to the toilet, just have to give them a chance say 2 weeks I noticed a difference. Never going to be bloated or have stomach pain again!
