I'm 5'6" at 154-165 lbs. should I get a medium or large?

I'm a 5'3" woman weighing 159 lbs. I bought an XL last year when I weighed 177 lbs. They fit last year, but now, at 159 lbs., they are a more comfortable fit.

So i wear a medium in under armour, should i stick with the same size in these?
