It took me less than 5 minutes to program and they work great. You get 2 fobs so I keep one on the keychain and the second one at home.

Bought for 2007 Cadillac DTS. It works! Here are some hints. 1- program both fobs one right after the other or it can kick the first one off. 2- for my car it gets programmed from the car itself ( not the old remote) 3- programming instructions are at the website listed on the envelope that the fobs come in 4- the only issue I had was trying to find the button in my car to push in order to start programming the fob. (the instructions said the car button was on the opposite side of the dash board then what was actually in my car.) But once I found the correct button, just follow the instructions and it was really really easy to program the new fobs. 5- I highly recommend for anyone with a compatible car.

Worked great on my 2008 impala LT Went into cluster menu to remote program and did a relearn with both key fobs at once Found out car had remote start also Not sure how long key battery’s will last since they came with battery’s already installed and didn’t have plastic wrap to keep from completing circuit but a quick replacement and the wife is happy You just need a scan tool that will activate key programming for newer impalas 2008 and below are fine with diy

The control doesn’t work with the car it doesn’t even connect to it and the car doesn’t pick up the signal to even try connecting to it save your money buy something else that’s actually worth it

These were a fantastic buy considering that I was able to get two of them for $25 - when the OEM units are going for nearly $250 each. I have a scan tool that gives me access to key fob programming functions so programming them was easy. If you don't have a scan tool with this option available, be sure to check your favorite video streaming service to see if your vehicle gives you a way to put it in program mode without a scan tool. The only concern I have is that the buttons are raised up a bit out of the case. Will this result in accidental activation of the buttons? Time will tell.

Make sure your car is 2010 or older to program your self. Set car to learn mode and hold both lock and unlock at same time . Hold for 15 seconds wait for 2 beeps. I had to be outside the car to have them activate. But works perfect
