Knowing how is confidence. Confidence is 90% of survival.

These are like the crib notes of survival. There is lots of info. Much of it is common sense but also helpful hints. In the end, I think it’s better to have “common sense” on hand because it can fly out of the head in times of stress. Also, such survival information can lend a sense of security in addition to providing reading material that is informative, can halt silly stress arguments, and can occupy the mind to reduce the stress of waiting periods. It would be great if these were waterproof and stronger, but I think that’s asking a lot. If I decide to include these in the go bags I’m gifting, I have found small dry containers with lanyards that will contain them. Overall, I find them expensive but also to have value.

Living in wildfire & earthquake country I’m starting to gather items for emergency preparedness. A serious consideration is size. A great product doesn’t help if you can’t carry it in your GoBag. These two are so small I carry the 1st aid version in my purse daily. Knowledge is power.

These are great little guides full of useful and necessary info for wham TSHTF and there is no cell service to Google stuff. My only complaint is that only the outer covers are laminated. The entire thing should be weather protected since you are going to be using it in the outdoors in all kinds of weather conditions.

Thes epocket credit sized booklet with water proofing are just great. It contains a mountain full of knowledge, tips and guidelines to overcome almost every situation. I like to read it at eaiting rooms, when I am out and about doing woodscraft etc... It prepares you for many disasters and ther I am giving it 5 stars.

These pocket sized, handy reference guides cover alot of territory in a small, light-weight package. Easy to use and many helpful illustrations are good visual aids. Bought the pair for my outdoor rig; plan to get another set for my glove compartment. Would make fine stocking stuffers, too.

This is a cool little set of guides which are really small, fits in your hand. It includes a magnifing card in case the font is too small. There are lots of good tid bits of information which I hope I will never have to use but are useful nonetheless. The bag itself is waterproof, which it seems was designed to hold the pamphlets and keep them dry. If I could say any gripe, it would be that I had to tear the top to open so it looks junky afterwards. I ended up cutting it to make it look cleaner.
