I ordered this switch from you but mine didn't have the auto 4x4 button. My question is can I still use it even if mine doesn't have it.

No this switch needs to match your vehicles switch punch in the number on old switch into your search should pop up the right replacement switch hope this helps

if this part and the shift actuator doesnt fix my problem , what will?

Too many variables. Could be a problem in the transfer case or other. Could be a ground wire just to name a few.

Is the back lighting led or is it just a stock yellowish bulb ?

The switch lighted up like the factory switch when it was new. I believe it's led.
