I bought these as my usual brand have disappeared off Amazon (sutra gold). These are very similar in appearance and do the same job. Some side effects for me - heartburn (normally a day later when its wearing off. ) some stuffiness in the nose but not always. No headaches though, although you sometimes feel like your face is hot. Usually take about an hour to work. Ideally on an empty stomach. Results are visible too, meaning you can tell the blood is flowing, if you get my drift. If my normal brand doesn't come back then I'll take these again. Definitely give you more confidence in bed!

You can actually still notice the effect 24 hours later. Works as intended, remember to drink some water. It’s great, better than some alternatives and fairly strong!
