I bought this for my athletic husband who had knee surgery and wanted to walk more comfortably. This is the second time I've bought these, and they seem to hold up well. Yes, they eventually stretch, but they do work well and they seem to be true to size. Just be sure you do a measurement with a tape before you buy the sleeve.

I have 4 different knee braces. This one is my favorite.The only flaw, is that it slips downward. I suspect that has to do with the copper threads. I have to keep pulling it up. Otherwise, it's a very comfortable brace and not bulky.
