Love this watch / has help up great and would buy as a gift

I found the perfect Christmas gift for my best friend this year: the Casio DW9052 Series Men’s Digital Watch. It’s exactly what he’s been wanting, and I was so excited to give it to him. The watch has a cool, rugged design that’s functional and stylish, and it’s been a hit since he opened it! It has all the features he’s been looking for—water-resistant, durable, and just the right size. Plus, it’s easy to use, making it a great everyday watch. It was a great find for a gift, and I’m glad I could surprise him with something he really loves. If you’re looking for a reliable and practical gift for someone, I highly recommend the Casio DW9052. It’s a win every time!

I normally wear a smart watch but over the last year, I have been looking for alternative solutions that have a wide range of functions, but can take a beating in hard conditions. This watch met all of my criteria. Though it seems a little expensive for a "basic watch" it has quite a wide range of features. It has all of the modes that I typically use on a smart watch, with the exception of GPS related features and healt monitoring (although I believe a more expensive version of this watch can do these). The watch goes with me whenever I am out doing things like landscaping or home improvement (I spend a lot of time doing property maintenance). It doesn't even have a scratch and looks brand new with a little rinse. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to get away from the constant nagging of smart watches and wants a good, capable timepiece.

I’ve been a fan of gshocks for many years, I choose 4 out of 5 stars because of personal preference. The watch weighs almost nothing which I would say is comfortable and normal for me. The overall appearance is pleasing with its all black and tan detail. I would recommend this as an everyday watch as well having used it everyday for the past 3 years it has held up against everything I put it through. The features are your basic features such as waterproof resistance, timers, alarms and the center push butting for the watch to light up the screen. The timekeeping is accurate so long as you change it to match your daylight savings. You pay for what you get however I feel the value for the money just isn't there, you could get a few more features for what you pay.

Watches are my new passion. Needed a watch i could use at work that was reliable and accident prone. Ive had to wash my hands a hundred times a day thanks to our new way of life. Banged the watch off of stuff like the dickens and it just keeps looking like new. Does leave finger prints easily on the glass but no worried about breaking anything or drowning (dishes included in over 100 degree water). Not as accurate as my Seiko but advanced about 10 seconds in 2 months isn’t bad at all. Only disappointment is Definitely need indiglo at night to see the display on the black and black one i got and the backlight always on feature seems to have no effect on display at all. But just saying indiglo takes me back so worth it lol.

The watch has lasted around 3 years and works flawlessly. The quality of this watch is unmatched for everyday wear. Most likely will buy another if this one ever gives out

I ordered the model that has the blackened background with gold/yellow colored numbers/digits. it is VERY hard to read the time due to it not being bright enough. even in daylight, I still have to illuminate the back light to see the time. In the ad's pictures, the contrast of the black background and gold colored numbers is what drew my attention, but in reality, it's not bright enough and unreadable.. I wish I'd have ordered a different model I currently have a g-shock watch that I've had for 10 years or more and it keeps great time, never had to change the battery. the band has a LOT of "miles" and finally broke, which is why I got this watch. I have no complaints about the watch itself, other than it's unreadable.

I originally got this watch back in 2016 and have been wearing it since! (Its 2019 now!) First off I wanna say that it fits on my wrist perfectly, even after my wrists got a little bit thicker. It has been through SOOO much the last 3 years I wore it! I mean I've gotten it caught in a lot of things, its been dunked into dirty greasy sinks, even gone rock climbing on an actual rocky cliff, its even been accidentally dropped from high places and landed on some pretty hard surfaces, and was even exposed to some pretty high temperatures, and I mean desert heat, and even was a few inches away from a camp fire and aside from a few nicks and minor cosmetic damage (and I mean the strap came loose once because I got my hand caught pretty bad and put a lot of force to get it out) the watch itself is still kicking, the strap wasn't even that hard to fix, and I have never once had to change the battery within these 3 years! If I were to put money on how much longer it would last, I would say aside from maybe changing the battery every few years if not more then 5, the watch would still be perfectly running even when I'll be in my death bed! but I wouldn't recommend burning it since it is made of a rubbery material after all. It is unfortunate that I'm gonna have to change it for a new watch soon since I feel like I've grown out of it but I would recommend this watch to anyone who's not looking to spend a lot of money on a watch and wants it to last a lifetime! P.S: The photo I've provided is what the watch looks like after all the time I've been wearing it, and you gotta admit it still looks like new!

Amazing watch, even more amazing is that it was open box like new from warehouse deals, can't get better than a g shock for under $75!

If you want a watch that can tell time, this is probably not the one to get. The dial is almost completely unreadable unless in direct sunlight. It looks so cool and is such a good g-shock but Casio really dropped the ball on this display. I wanted to keep this watch but I cannot read it 80% of the time because of the negative display.

Very satisfied with this purchase and the price point was amazing
