My plumber refused to install it saying he didn’t trust its quality.

Real stainless steel, very nice appearance. I thought it would be complicated to install, but it wasn't. It also comes with a booklet with recommendations and instructions. Includes additional spacers.

I purchased this particularly because I had to offset a shower drain and needed a solution. It's turned out to be perfect in that regard - the tray is stainless steel and was easy to position into the pan-liner clamping drain. No complaints at all - I think it's going to be perfect when the shower construction is completed.

Was nervous ordering this but couldn’t have been happier. Went into house that had tub. Did not want to disturb cast iron drain lines as the were just epoxied. Drain works/looks great!!!
