A good addition to the home gym set up. It attaches to the rack I have and It enables me to do a few key back exercises, triceps and shoulders exercises. Smooth, silent and takes plenty of weight. Only gripe is that it requires a bit of faffing to set up for different exercises but a small price to pay for the ability to train at home. 👍🏻

All you need for a home workout... There are plenty of pieces to make it work in your own space, using different combinations. The rollers are silent, as advertised, and the overall feel of the kit is solid and useful. The only criticism, if any, is that the carbiners are fierce and need care when changing grips. Would buy again!

Added another dimension to my power rack and allowed me to perform a fuller range of movements at home. The pulleys are smooth and what comes with the kit seems good quality. The only downside I’ve found is that when you need to join two cables together using one of the supplied carabiners, it can catch the weight plate on the way up and down which has taken some chunks out of my rubber coated plates. I’m going to look for a more slimline way of connecting them. Overall though, it’s a great kit and one which I’d recommend.

What's not to like? Another review stated how smooth the pulley action was and he wasn't wrong. Very robust so felt safe using it. The triceps rope attachment looks and feels very professional. There are cheaper systems on amazon but absolutely not worth the risk just in case. For what you get here and the quality, I'm more than happy with the price. I thought it came with a lat bar but hey ho! If this is what you need then this is the one to get.

I have mine connected to my pull up/dip station in my bedroom. I have a pull up bar on my doorframe, suction one so can move it up and down as needed and put the pulley on that, good idea if U don't have much room. I use a foldable bench with this and powerblock dumbbells (just to help with ideas for little room) Wouldn't be without this bit of kit now, it makes a huge difference to training. IV been missing out on so much like lat pulldowns, tricep pushdowns, straightbar cable curls, rows etc. For the money it's brilliant, more than happy. Used for around 6 months now and it's strong too, I use up to 80kg on mine for lats and cables aren't struggling, pulley doesn't need oiling or anything either. Spot on

I am not a serious bodybuilder. I like to keep toned in my 7th decade. I needed a pulley set to compliment a pull-down frame which only had four exercises. The bar was fully adjustable and so the pulleys can be used 'from above' or at chest height. The pulley set has expanded my range of available exercises for back, shoulders and chest I already had a basic workout bench which was fine but limited in scope. The cables are adjustable for length although I found the two lengths to be ideal. I can fully recommend this item.

Pretty comprehensive kit and easy to install. I've only used 40kg on it so far so good. Lots of options

I don't know if I just didn't have the right area to set this up, but I found it finicky and disappointing. Ended up not using it and just using free weights. I'd recommend a wall mounted cable machine which I had previously, this just didn't do it for me.

Very good for the price. However, I immediately extended the system with extra pulleys, straps, hooks, handles, bars etc. Now, as I also have a full-sized cage and a good bench, I can perform pretty much any cable pulley exercises I want.
