Given COVID-19, it's been hard to get out to a spa to see an esthetician - so I bought this to help clean up some stubborn hairs. This was much quicker than tweezing individual hairs, and the smaller head feels much safer for facial use. It only took minutes to remove a full face of very fine hairs that would have taken 15-20 minutes by waxing and then tweezing.Easy to use, and I was able to find English instructions for the 851 online so this edition was no problem to use.

The actual device seems to work fine, but I am not happy that it seems many items advertised as New are in fact used. with this one; one brush was already assembled on the face cleansing head (outside its place in the box) and the battery was already inside the device!!! I decided to keep it and just sanitize the epilator head but this is Not a good practice. I am Not against selling open boxed items, but I expect an item advertised as New, to be New! specially electronics, persona hygiene items.....
