Worked perfectly on the first try
I pushed the extractor in partially, rotated the collet until it was tight, pushed further and felt the collet lock onto the mouth of the cartridge, then drove the bolt forward and it popped right out. Could have asked for a better tool.

If you have and AR-15 you need one of these. You will have a shell that will brake. This tool is very easy to use. I suggest you have one with you in the field.

Perfect Quality, Great Price!!! Worked on first try with very stuck casing.
I had a casing stuck in my AR without realizing it and after lodging it further and further trying to load new rounds, I realized it was in there... I was a little worried this extractor wasn't good quality, but I was desperate! I'm glad I did, first try, it pulled it right out! VERY HAPPY with the price and quality!!!!

Materials not terribly strong but works well
Had the front third of a 5.56 cartridge break of in the chamber of my Galil. When I first ran it, it was a bit wide to get through the neck and slightly bent the shaft of the tool. I was able to bend it back straight and reduce the head size at which point it got it out in one good pull.

I was told I would have to take my weapon to a gun Smith. This was the best $10 ever spent. Will keep in tool box and hopefully I will never need it again. But have it if I do.

Chinese garbage
First time i used it it bent. The collet wasnt strong/small enough to grab the shell and it bent. Complete junk.

Good design, poor workmanship.
This is the first UTG product I've bought that I would give less then 5 stars, the parts seem mismatched, the screw only engages a few threads and very loosely. I replaced the center bolt with a M3, 0.5mm pitch x 50mm long stainless one. A least the threads fully engage now. I also made a small bushing to fit inside the lower part to take out some of the slop. Good design, poor workmanship.
