This was a bit disappointing. But the good part is that the company’s customer service was responsive and helpful — they replaced the product without much hassle under warranty. After replacement, the product is working fine again. So, while there was a durability issue initially, the after-sales service made up for it. Overall, I would say the product is good—if you consider the price and the company’s support I have 5 because of their customer support
