Works great for my Ooni pizza oven. Long handle has prevented any burns. Easy to use if you keep some flour on it before placing dough on it. I have made our favorite pizza crusts yet with this! Easy to clean and perfect size for making pizzas!

This is well constructed and the handle unscrews so it is easy to store. We cook our pizza on our grill and this works well to place the pizza on the pizza stone and remove after cooked. The pizza cooks in 10 minutes.

I don't know about restaurant grade, but the peel works good. You still need some flour or corn meal to allow your pizza to slide, but it works well and cleans easily. It's nice and thin so you can slide it under your pizza very easily. You can even uses it as a turner, which you can't do with a wooden one. And the size is good for a home oven.

This pizza peel was perfect for my Ooni oven, as my previous pizza peel was smaller. This is very sturdy and made of high quality materials! Make sure to use flour to prevent sticking, and it works awesome!

I received a Ninja 8-in-1 pizza oven as a Christmas gift. A few days later, I tried to make a pizza using a regular kitchen spatula and my pizza was a pile of messed up pizza.I ordered this pizza peel and as soon as it arrived, I put it together. It came in two pieces and the two pieces screwed together. The fit was perfect! No loose pieces, so wobble, just perfect.Tonight, I made my second thin crust pizza and although it looks a little burnt, it was perfect. The pizza peel loaded the pizza onto the pizza stone, just like it should and removed it very easily.The pizza peel was very sturdy and because the edge is very thin, it easily fit under the pizza and worked great. I’m so happy with this purchase.

This Pizza Peel works perfect on my grill and in my home oven. I love that the handle can be detached and it makes storage easier.
