At first I wasn’t sure if this would work or help. But I have notice a big difference in my weight and sleep. I have lost a total of 4 pounds in 2 weeks. Now don’t get me wrong I also try to eat good. But I have tried all these things minus this product and no results. So I decided to try these after going through reviews. They suck!! Sleep yeah they helped that sure. Lack of hunger kinda. But what it was doing it was making me not hungry at all for days. Like I had to force myself to eat at dinner and such. It was worrying my husband the fact I wasn’t wanting to eat ally all. I have lost nothing since taking them regularly. And I and constantly moving and walking and drinking water. All the things you should to aid in weight loss and yeah nothing. Don’t waste your money on them! They don’t even taste that great either.

Since I am a diabetic and overweight, I thought I would try using these to help me sleep a little better and possibly lose some weight. While I wasn't expecting a huge loss of weight, I do believe it helped suppressed wanting to eat. Not sure that I slept any better, but I didn't sleep any worse. So, my view is that the gummies tasted great, the product may have helped, but not really sure about the overall effectiveness of losing weight or as a sleeping aid. I only used it for a month so maybe I need to order some more to give it more time for complete effectiveness.

I have not gained any weight since taking them. I have lost 15 on G-lp. and still have 10 pounds left to go.

I liked these gummies. Both me and my wife used them. The gummies were sweet. Almost overly so. They worked for several months and then quit working. Take one before bedtime to help stimulate the body while you sleep. It did not keep me up at night. Lost about 7lbs with it. My wife only lost 2 lbs with it. As with any dieting be careful what you eat before bed or it counters the gummy ie ice cream or spoonfuls of pb before bed.

Great tasting and help you fall asleep. A good and solid sleep. Texture is good and no negative side effects.
