A lady I made friends with on a recipe website turned me on to this stuff, and it is all of that!!!! I use it when I make Chili, and other recipes that have a Latin twist. I can taste the cilantro, and it has a very nice balance of herbs and spices. It will be an excellent ingredient for Indian Curries, because the flavor profile suits it nicely. So, glad I took her advice. The Amazon price is very economical. I kept two bottles for myself and gave one to my son..(I cook a lot more than he does). You won't be disappointed. This stuff is really good.

I originally bought this seasoning in Mexico at the local supermarket when I was staying in an apartment in downtown Playa. We brought the leftover seasoning home the extras. After that, I'm not sure why we have a lot of our spices in our cupboard at home because this really is our go to. I've put a bottle in our camper and we don't need much other extra seasonings when we travel except maybe the cinnamon and nutmeg. Eggs, potatoes, meat (particularly chicken), veggies, it really goes on anything and it's fantastic! If you are a big fan of cilantro, you'll love this as it's a pretty prevalent note in this blend. Just buy some, seriously, you won't be unhappy about it.

This is one of the best all purpose seasonings you can keep on your spice shelf. If you don't have it get it! If MSG bothers you you won't like it but I don't find MSG objectionable at all. This seasoning is excellent for all fish, poultry, pork and beef. Great in homemade sausages as well. I use it alone or as a base for my own season blends. Great product and the price is very reasonable. I make small packages to give as gifts to friends and everyone raves about it.

Have been using this seasoning for years. Have been unable to find it in large containers at local grocery stores. It adds good flavor to most foods. Great value for amount.

It's billed as "Complete Seasoning" and it live up to its name. My only problem was finding a longer lasting size container. Amazon to the rescue. I got a bunch. I fill the little things one can find in the store as they become empty and keep the big guys as back stock. Good stuff.
