Glebe Farm Barista-Style Soya Milk

First time trying this brand of coconut milk. I prefer the barista milk as it is thicker. I like this milk, it is slightly sweeter than the brand I usually use, but I don't mind. I will continue to use this brand as it taste really nice, makes an amazing coffee, horlicks and homemade rice pudding. Definitely recommend

I’ve tried many different coconut milks. This one is by far one of the best. It is thick and creamy, which is sometimes the problem with coconut milk - it’s just very thin and not much substance. This one is so thick. I use it in a Nespresso aeroccino to heat it up and it actually froths like a dairy milk would. It’s very cheap on subscribe and save and I’ve recommended it to many non dairy people

I really like this brand of alternative milk drinks, generally tastes better to me.

Works well in both coffee and tea, is pleasant by itself. Unfortunately it is a bit over sweet for my tastes and almost artificially so (saccharine sweet). It's a shame because it ticks the boxes for creaminess and not congealing in coffee!

I’ve been buying this coconut milk for a few months now, and at first, it was smooth, fresh, and reliable. But lately? The quality has taken a nosedive. The last few cartons I bought started cuddling - yes, cuddling. Not in a cozy, comforting way, but in a curdled, separated, and downright suspicious way. Coconut milk should be creamy and consistent. It’s not dairy, so there’s no excuse for this kind of breakdown. I shake the carton, and instead of a silky pour, I get clumps and watery residue. It’s embarrassing to serve and unpleasant to drink. I don’t know what’s changed, processing? sourcing? storage? but something’s off. Nature doesn’t cuddle coconut milk. This brand shouldn’t either. I’m switching until they sort it out.

Love this coconut, milk alternative. This is the one that is used in my local M&S , and makes a great cappuccino. Not as sweet as other brands. Have it on subscription as it works out very reasonably. Will keep for a good while once opened.

The use of soya in this, which I hadn’t realised when I bought it, makes it very thick with a very dense foam that becomes solid. You get stiff foam which is great if that’s what you’re looking for, but I much prefer coconut milk that use rice to make it creamier. Won’t be getting this one again, sadly. But the oat milk they make is delicious!
