Insta360 3m 9.8ft Extended Edition Selfie Stick for ONE RS, ONE X2 & X3 Action Camera

This packed down small enough to fit inside my rucksack, but extends to a very useful 3 metres. It was long enough for me to hold it level with a rollercoaster so I could get a fantastic shot of it passing by. I could also hold it down from the viewing area into a pond with an otter in it so I could get a shot of it swimming under water. It's sturdy and light weight, though it does need some strength to hold it out when it is fully extended because physics. Expensive, but worth it to reliably get awesome shots.

The 3m selfie stick enables me to capture faux drone like footage using the Insta360 RS 1 inch 360 edition camera and has allowed me to capture footage that is not possible using Insta’s standard selfie stick. The 3m stick is made entirely from carbon fibre which makes it super strong and very stiff. The Insta 1 inch 360 edition camera is a pretty heavy and the stick does bend a little near full extension but this is to be extended. Near full extension I make sure I use smooth and gentle movements or capture locked off tripod type footage to ensure I don’t put too much strain on it. I am not sure how the stick would cope wildly swing it around using the Insta360 1 inch 360 edition camera at full extension, and I don’t plan to find out. This Insta 3m stick is stiff and will remain at any length I choose to pull it out to. Even with the additional weight of the RS 1 inch 360 edition the stick remains in situ and doesn’t slip or collapse. There are cheaper alternative 3m carbon fibre selfie sticks on the market but the Insta360 version is the best. It may be more expensive that the alternatives but the Insta360 3m selfie stick is worth the extra, not least for the additional features it has.

This is the best selfie stick you can buy. Despite the price the quality is fantastic. Very solid and super light due to it being made of carbon fibre. It works perfectly with my X5 camera and is also invisible. It goes to 3M however this is too much for me, but it’s nice to know I can go that far. There is minimal wobbling compared to cheaper selfie sticks.

Lightweight carbon fibre selfie stick. Provides upto 3m in length from a small package. Gives a good low drone feel to your photos. Ideal for me as I can't fly a drone on a lot of the sensitive sites I work on.

Totally worth the money! It is very expensive... for a selfie stick but when you have it, the pics and videos make up for the cost because the field of view is exceptional! Totally worth it. And yes is it very long, but sturdy and has a slight bend at the end which is also sturdy, I use it at different lengths but the longest one is for those drone like shots. 4/5 can't give 5 stars i dont believe anything is 5 unless its lasted at least a year so we shall see

BROKE - 100% BUY ANOTHER BRAND Third time of using, the pole pulled out into 2 parts. I am currently abroad on a filming project & Insta360 have fobbed me off, saying they are not responsible. What TERRIBLE service. I am fuming. I purchased this stick instead of a cheaper version, as I wanted the Insta360 quality, but Instead I could & should have purchase 2 alternative ones & still saved money. It may look good - but not reliable & could damage your camera. Search around & buy another make UPDATE: I have been "Talking" to Insta360 regarding this for a while now. They constantly send me the same rubbish, saying I should have purchased it from the Insta360 Official Store UK. I DID !! I purchased it from the " INSTA360 Official Store UK " here on Amazon. Somehow they do not see this on their records ...... How convenient for them, as they will pocket my money & walk away 100% BUY ANOTHER

I’d been debating whether to get this or not as it’s quite expensive! However, it’s well worth it. It’s super light as it’s carbon fibre. It extends to around 10ft. The pole will bend at the end slightly when fully extended. Nothing to worry about but it doesn’t go perfectly straight just incase that’s what you’re expecting. It’s heavier when fully extended. I’ve added a wrist strap at the end because you don’t want to be leaning over a bridge or reservoir or anything else and end up dropping a £100 selfie stick and £400 camera over the edge! This is not an invisible selfie stick unlike the cheaper version. When collapsed the stick doesn’t show much other than the yellow bit at the top. When fully opened you see around four feet of the selfie stick in shot.

Dieser "Selfiestick auf Steroiden" wird von der Firma Sirui (welche auch recht gute Stative produzieren) gebaut. Das ganze Teil ist aus Kohlefaser an der Spitze befindet sich ein 1/4 Zoll Gewindezapfen (ohne Gelenk) und an der Unterseite eine 1/4 Zoll Gewindebohrung welche man z.B. zum aufstellen auf einem Stativ verwenden kann. Die Segmente lassen sich einzeln und bei Bedarf auch nur halb ausziehen, andere, billigere Modelle haben konische Segmente die zur Fixierung immer ganz ausgezogen werden müssen. Bei 3m Länge braucht man schon etwas Kraft um die Kamera am Ende ordentlich zu führen und nicht in den Boden zu jagen. Was man damit jedoch machen kann ist schon bemerkenswert, für viele Anwendungen kann man so ohneweiters eine Drohne ersetzen (z.B. wo diese nicht erlaubt ist, oder um einfach etwas unauffälliger zu sein). Das letzte der Segmente ist für meinen Geschmack leider etwas zu flexibel und pendelt anständig herum weshalb ich ihn oft nicht voll ausgefahren verwendet habe. Unterwasser funktioniert der Stick auch hervorragend, was gerade bei der scheuen Unterwasserwelt ganz praktisch ist da man immerhin 3m Abstand halten kann. Hier jedoch eine Warnung: der Stick schwimmt zu Anfang, sobald er jedoch mit Wasser vollgelaufen ist sinkt er relativ schnell. Ich empfehle außerdem ihn nach jeder Verwendung im Salzwasser komplett mit süßwasser zu waschen (also einmal komplett anfüllen und wieder ausrinnen lassen), trocknen dauert einige Zeit und sollte im ausgezogenen Zustand passieren. Was mir gefallen hat: - relativ leicht für die Länge - Stabil und gut einstellbar (bis auf das letzte Segment s.o.) - guter Griff mit leichter Gummierung - rostfrei (zumindest scheint es mir bisher so) Was mir nicht so gefallen hat: - Fehlende Öse/Bohrung für eine Handschlaufe - das letzte Segment (nochmal s.o.) - Nicht demontierbar, was hilfreich beim trocknen wäre - Kein Schwimmer/Auftriebskörper von Insta360 verfügbar Final würde ich ihn dennoch empfehlen, vorausgesetzt man die entsprechende Anwendung dafür, trotz des hohen Preises ist er aktuell die beste derartige Lösung am Markt.

THETA Z1と組み合わせて使っています。 ひねらずにそのまま伸ばすタイプなので、乗せられるカメラの重さに制限はありますが、小型のアクションカムや360度カメラには十分です。 3mまで伸ばす際は垂直をお勧めします。風が吹いたり斜めにして横の力がかかると安定性が一気に下がります。 撮れない高さで撮れる自撮り棒としてとてもおすすめです。
