I became aware of PQQ as I learned more about mitochondrial support. After using this PQQ for 18 days along with some other new mitochondrial support supplements, I have experienced noticeable improvement during activities whereby my muscles would fatigue quickly. I am doing the same things but for much longer without the burn of muscle fatigue. I also seem to have gotten rid of that late afternoon tiredness that would nearly require a nap. So this PQQ gets a share of the credit for that improvement.What I wasn't expecting was to see a remarkable change in sleep. I had been stuck at 6 hours (with CPAP) no matter what. After taking the PQQ, 6 hours has turned into a full 8 hours and I feel like I've had a much deeper sleep. If you've ever experienced insomnia, use a CPAP, you know very well when something is working or something is changing. This is definitely a pleasant surprise.This PQQ should be a core supplement for folks of all (adult) ages. I wished I had found it sooner.

Theoretically causes mitogenisis & neurogenesis. Gives energy & improves concentration. I had to back off of 20 mg when I first started & take only 10 mg, because after a week, I had trouble sleeping. After a few weeks on 10 mg, I went to 20 mg. After about 6 months, I went to a second dose of 20 mg later in the day. Now I take a third dose of 20 mg. I have post-exertional malaise. PQQ, along with supplements to optimize methylation have helped tremendously. I have experienced cumulative benefits.

I have no complaints at all. My body is responding to this PQQ well. I was using a different brand but decided to try this one. The other didn't cause me any problems but I didn't really feel any different the 2 months I was using it. I'm hoping for this to have a better affect on me. I have heart issues & brain fog all the time. I'm starting to see some of that improve. I'm hoping the longer I take it the better it will be. I've been fighting off Covid for a week now. I'll be able to see better results once I'm well. I'll come back & give another review after more time has passed.

Just to let people know this brand of PQQ has an outer plastic seal, but no inner foil seal. I emailed the company to confirm this was correct, and they said they use an exterior seal only.These PQQ capsules are about twice as big as other brands of PQQ I have taken. I'm not sure why, as each brand has 20mg of pyrroloquinoline quinone per tablet.I like that Gold Health sells bottles of 120 capsules.

My resting heart dropped from 62 to 57 during the first week I took 1 pill after meal. Note that I only eat one meal a day. My 5 km time is under 30 minutes for that first time in about 10 years. So, my cardiovascular health is definitely improved. But, is this due to this supplement? It is hard to tell. Well, as with any anecdotal testimony, take this with a gain of salt.
