I was skeptical at first. Buying stuff from Amazon is sometimes hard because you see the good reviews for a product but then wonder if there is something to the low ratings. Everything sold on Amazon has that. It makes you second guess a purchase until it finally gets to you and you see for yourself if you made a wise selection. That said, this router was an excellent surprise. It was very easy to set up and it is blazing fast. This router give you control back. Xfinity, for instance, will not let you configure their router's WIFI channels. You can only reboot them and hope they get you on a better channel. With the Reyee E5 I have lots of control. Some of it requires you to need basic networking knowledge to keep from mucking things up but it gives you total control over your network (makes sense since they started as a networking company for businesses). The most important point is that it will give you a very strong signal. If it doesn't work for you you need to know where to place it to make the signal optimal. Plus they have signal extenders that make it so you have no dead spots in your environment. With Xfinity equipment would drop every day multiple times. Thus far this is not doing that. I will buy Reyee products going forward.

World awesome, so much better than the router my internet company had my paying for each month, I like the fact I can make multiple networks easier than my old router, I have a very large family and a very large property and wifi signal was OK at 1st but steadily gotten worse and worse, so I purchased this to try and it worked so good I just purchased a second one, and have them as a mesh, I have over 36 devices hooked up and I'm still getting amazingly fast speeds. I'm happy so far. Will update as time goes by. I find the app easy to control the two routers and network but like using the browser a little more for more control. Anyways you can't go wrong for the price. I'm finally happy paying my internet bill now that I can actually use it. These are so easy to setup as a mesh system, I do not get how others can't fight it out. I am far from tech savvy.

This router has been very stable since I have owned it. Some even very expensive routers I've dealt with have had connection release issues that causes connections to overload and the router to reboot or become unresponsive. This router does not have any of those issues. It has a lot of nice features you don't always find on routers at this price point too, like OpenVPN support. The one thing it is missing is 6 Ghz but I know that when I bought it. It covers a lot of area and I get good signal all over my home even without a mesh or booster. If you need a cheap router with good features that even has the ability to handle gaming and other high traffic. This is a great choice. The only negative is it would be nice if Custom Firmware was better supported and easier to install. I won't knock it for that though as that is not a feature most routers have.

I'm not used to doing product reviews, but in this case it's worth it! I bought this device to replace a D-link DIR-1360 that was giving me a lot of headaches! considering that I have a smart home with the Internet of Things (IoT), it was already a problem to get all my smart devices connected and operational (about 35 and growing) in addition to this TVs, smartphones, tablets, laptops , desktop PC, wireless security cameras, visitor or guest devices, etc, etc. Reading the characteristics and benefits of this product, knowing that Reyee is the sub-brand of Ruijie networks, a monster in corporate solutions and leader in ICT for companies. For Reyee, the target market is commercial companies, small micro-enterprises and soho businesses. My experience with this device brought with it an initial problem that I did not expect, in the course of about 48 hours of use it crashed, apparently in the automatic update process, something unusual and caused damage to it. I proceeded to contact Amazon customer service who very kindly tried to recover the device and could not, for which they put me in contact with Reyee people. I was surprised by the attention received and the follow-up to my case with the Reyee people (fast, punctual, safe, attentive) and who solved my device with a replacement in a very fast and timely manner. Pros of the device: - Very attractive value price. - Brand with the prestige of Ruijie Network. - Certified guarantee. - 8 antennas with Beamforming technology (4x2.4G and 4x5G). - Wi-Fi 6 built-in. - All physical ports are Gigabit. - 3 independent wireless networks (Main, Guest, IoT). - Excellent Customer Support. - Ruijie Cloud Server for remote access (free for life) - Wide signal coverage, vastly exceeds my previous device. - Fast boot. Cons of the device: - Very short power adapter cable (only 4 feet), considering that you always want to place the unit as high as possible, for which an electrical extension is necessary. - It does not have the WPA3 security standard (with such a good device, you should consider updating it with the WPA3 standard). - It does not have at least one USB port to share a wired printer or a flash drive for shared storage (the USB port could also be used to recover the firmware Flash in case of emergency). Suggestions: - It would be great a firmware update with support for Google Assistant (Google Voice) for example to turn on and off the guest network among other things, my old router did). - At the rate that technology is going, it is very important to update to the WPA3 security standard. - Antennas with higher gain would make a more robust device. Conclusions: A device that meets what it offers with a very attractive price, with some improvements in its firmware would make it a superior and more competitive device. Although I am happy with the purchase and use of it, I do not lose hope of seeing a firmware update with many improvements, I highly recommend it and I am considering possibly a second unit to carry signal to the garden and other areas of the house!

Update: After 2 months, it stopped providing Wifi. Tried Factory Reset and the app cannot connect to the router even though it is showing up in the wifi list. It did seem to have some performance issues these past couple of weeks with slower than usual speed. I thought that was normal network variability. I guess I was wrong. I will reach out to Reyee to see what they will do here. Bottom Line: If you have speedy internet and you're looking for a Wifi 6 router or just a better router that provides more coverage then buy this now! Originally bought the new Amazon Eero Pro 6E 3-pack to replace an original Google Wifi 3 pack system. I'm subscribed to AT&T 1GB service and see these speeds at my home (2600 sq. ft. flat ranch) I read reviews about this router and decided to give it a try as most things don't take advantage of 6E anyway (why overspend?). Unpacked the router, took a screenshot of the underside info for later reference and the QR code pointed me to the app right away. The app was enough for me to fully set this thing up and everything just worked. I've read that the online interface offers more customization but I don't need that. One note is that this router did not allow me to setup my network password with as many digits as the Google system and so had to reconnect all my devices with my updated password (probably a good thing to periodically change anyway). After the easy hookup, my wifi speeds on the opposite of my home went from 100 MB to over 400MB on my phone. I did notice that the bedroom apple TV (on far side of the home in the same spot as phone measurement) only managed same speeds of around 70-100MB, not sure why... Overall, I'm very pleased. I don't need 2 additional google units plugged in around my home and get a stronger, faster signal distributed around my home. (For future reference, picked this up on 2022 Prime Day for $109, it is currently being offered for $119 with a clickable coupon)

Bought the Reyee WiFi 6 Router AX3200 Wireless Router to replace an older mesh network that was not really giving me the connection or speed I needed for a combination of several streaming devices and gaming computers. Installation was pretty straightforward and I quickly had this configured with seperate private, guest, and smart device WIFI SSIDs. At first, all was great, speeds were very good - including up to 600bps on an ax device on the opposite side of our 2800sf home. Unfortunately, once i added all of the smart devices in our home (about 40) to the Reyee, things were not so good. speeds looked good but there were periodic large gaps in the connectivity. Running a constant ping to another device on the network would show super low 2ms latency in general, but then would periodically slow down to 1-4 seconds, often culminating in full timeouts. Trying to use audio and video conferencing through the Reyee in this configuration was nearly impossible which becomes a problem when trying to use for work. I eventually had to put all of my IOT devices on a different wireless router simply to let this router work for about 6 devices. Update: I continued to get dropouts even after removing everything from this router but my work computer. Returned to amazon. If you dont conference call this may work for you, but i cannot recommend Update 2: After trying another brand router and continuing to have the same dropout issues, I was able to narrow the issue down to one computer on our network, and that was an M1 Macbook pro - which turns out to have a known issue with periodic network dropouts in the version of the Mac OS that was on my computer. After updating that computer, the network dropouts ceased! However, the new, non Reyee router was not meeting the speeds and range I had on the Reyee. After working with the phenomenal Reyee support staff, I am now happily back to using a Reyee RG-5E as my home's sole router, getting great speeds at all corners of my home. Will happily recommend this router to anyone!

I emailed customer support, they asked for pictures and video of the issue I was having. They responded so fast and sent me a New Unit! The reason I reached out to them it’s because the router itself it’s AMAZING AND EASY TO USE! so I wanted the same one. This company truly stand behind its customers and help you when you need it. Lo compré por qué sus características demostraban tener un funcionamiento óptimo. En papel mostraban las mejoras frente a otros routers, mostraban que tenías mejor recepción y que la señal era muy buena por la implemmntación de los componentes de calidad. Sin embargo, en pruebas sintéticas fue una decepción. Se desconecta a bastante, no permitía conectar dispositivos. Por cable no reconocía la red. El modo repetidor fue un dolor de cabeza ya que la conexión wifi aparecía conectado pero no se podía navegar por internet. Es la peor experiencia con un módem.
